GP-1000

Pilot operated, this type of PRV of the line ARMSTRONG INTERNATIONAL incorporates two valves in one unit. The pilot valve is operated by the inlet pressure and allows the main valve opening and such opening is larger than would be possible with a simple valve. The fluid pressure at the main velvet outlet also operates the pilot valve, however closing it. The result is a higher flow capacity and greater precision, which in this type of valve is +/- 5%.
ARMSTRONG INTERNACIONAL GP-1000A is specially designed for compressed air and gases, ensuring tight sealing and precise control even at low flow rates. For steam applications, the GP-1000 is an alternative that combines reliability, practicality and economy. Also available with AISI 304 body for use in steam on the GP-1000S model.
